I've been testing something with those cracked way of geting golf it maps, and i succeded.įollow the text here, and sorry if i spell some words wrong, not a native speaker If this doesn't work then try the method in this commentįinally if you're playing with friends then everyone must follow these steps and download the maps manuallyĮvery map works I FOUND A WAY and here is how to do it READ CAREFULY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Note: if it's the first time you open the editor it might take a bit too long to load, so don't worry it didn't crash just give it some timeģ- now that the editor loaded just press the Esc button and click on " Settings / Save" ĥ- now close the game press " Win + R" to open the Run window and write %appdata% then click on the path bar and change "Roaming" with "Local"Ħ- Search for the GolfIt folder then go to "Saved > SaveGames > CustomMap" and you should find the map you created earlier, if not go back to step 1 and make sure you've done everything correctly ħ- Now copy the link of the Workshop map you want to play and paste it in this website and press DownloadĨ- and finally go back to the folder we searched for earlier (Step 6) and make a new folder inside it by the name of the map and extract the zip file's content inside that new folder: ĩ- open the game and host a match you should find your Custom maps below the originals *Note: this method won't work on all maps, my guess is that with each new version of the game the old maps are rendered obsolete unless updated by the creator.ġ- open the game then open the editor to get to the Editor's window as shown below Ģ- click on " Start Editor" and wait for it to load
